Applications

Conventional Oil

Falling formation pressure, associated gas and a stable ratio give high oil and water accuracy.

Typical depth range: 1,000–6,000 m

Water behaviour

Falling formation pressure gives associated gas at a stable ratio, and relatively high oil and water measurement accuracy.

Sand behaviour

Sand produced during small-scale fracturing when fluid is discharged.

Measurement implications.

A stable gas-oil ratio makes this the most favourable case for allocation-grade oil and water measurement from an in-line meter.

All well conditions carry the potential for sand production and need continuous attention. Measuring solids as a phase rather than inferring them is what makes that possible.

Specify the XX Series for your conventional oil wells.

Tell us the conditions and an engineer will review them, not a sales desk.
